What is Sodium Tetraacetylethylenediamine TEAD ?
Tetraacetylethylenediamine, abbreviated as TAED, reacts easily with peroxide to form peracetic acid in an alkaline environment. It has a stronger bleaching performance than hydrogen peroxide at lower temperatures and is usually used as bleach activator of peroxide. It is usually used together with sodium percarbonate or sodium perborate in detergents and diswashing agents, etc., and has strong functions of bleaching, disinfecting and sterilizing.
