Ethylacrylate, referred to as EA, is a colorless volatile liquid with pungent odor that can be used as an important component of synthetic adhesives, coatings, plastics and textile auxiliaries. Ethyl acrylate can also be used as a polymer monomer, and the copolymer with ethylene is a hot melt adhesive.
Useage
- Polymerizable monomer for medium and soft polymer.
- Organic synthesis. For the production of coatings, textiles, leather, adhesives and other industrial use of various resins.
- The copolymer with 5% chloroethyl vinyl ether is a kind of synthetic rubber with good oil resistance and heat resistance, and can replace nitrile rubber in some cases.
